Long term (10 year) pay structure with quarterly bonus and profit sharing shared during the interview process. You work for a franchisee, not the corporate dance. 5 day work week for the most part.

Cons

Big store, hands on job, 80% on the floor, 20% in the office. 40 employees to oversee. Get calls and texts on your day off.

Lots of experience with teamwork and communication. Samples of ice cream all the time! Good place to enhance your basic skills.

Cons

VERY busy sometimes, can be overwhelming. High pressure environment. On your feet for long hours. Can get tiring.
