Pros

Working at Culver's teaches you the value of treating people with decency. The customers there were horrendous which actually comes with a good lesson to anyone new to the workforce.

Cons

-Degrading uniform -Rude customers -Poor treatment of employees by the owner (this is different everywhere, obviously) -Pathetic pay -Friendships with coworkers are highly discouraged -Sexist work environment
