Pros

They have good scholarship opportunities for students that work there

Cons

It's a fast food job. Doesn't give much REAL growth opportunity. Really not a career path.

Pros

They are flexible with work schedules. You do get discounted food and sometimes it's on the house. The regular customers are always fun to talk to.

Cons

It is hard to move up the company or even to get a raise. In two years I never received a raise. There is always a lot of gossip and can sometimes feel like high school. It sometimes feels under staffed when we close the store and it takes way longer than it should to leave.

Pros

*All coworkers and managers are generally friendly *Can decide how many hours you'd like to work each week *Can advance to higher up positions if you put in the hours and are willing *Eased you in to the kitchen jobs pretty slowly so you were not overwhelmed

Cons

*Some mildly heavy lifting *Kitchen gets hot, especially if you're working the grill or fryers *Dirty work (dishes, sweeping, mopping, cleaning AC vents)
