Pros

I learned basic customer service skills. Great shifts, and offered breaks for every 6 hours of work. Half off meals before and after shifts.

Cons

It gets somewhat repetitive sitting behind a cash register. It's a chain restaurant so very specific standards. We have to wear ties everyday and it was a fast food place

Pros

Working at Culver's taught me how to be genuinely polite and courteous to customers as well as coworkers-a valuable skill I've brought into every job I've worked since. It was a fun environment. The team consisted of mostly high school and college-age students as well as a few full time adult employees. Management was great. I worked there in high school and it was a great job that I look back on fondly!

Cons

Raises were very small and it is the only place I have worked at so far that starts you at minimum wage.
