      There really aren't any Pros for this mid west based company

      Cons

      Its basically a joke watching a mid west company break into a fast pace environment.....they do not have any idea what is in store. Owner/operator hasn't even opened up one store and already looking to open many more...Go back to IL... it would be better for FL.

      Pros

      Everyone treats you like family, your welcomed by both front and back of the house, and you get trained on quick service.

      Cons

      Ok. First, if you're not in fast food get ready for a surprise. Night and day compared to sit down restaurants. Turn um and burn um atmosphere. How fast are you willing to push guests through the line. if you want to establish a great report with your guests your time is limited. My particular franchisee, no training workbook, no upfront schedule, no interaction with GM, no feedback whatsoever, and GM who could care less about your success. If you want to stay in QSR good place to start. If you want to advance go somewhere else. If you want benefits, try someswhere else. There are better places to start I hope.
