Flexible schedule, you get tips sometimes, some lax bosses, great place to make friends, people are nice for the most part.

Cons

Some strict bosses, low pay, people don’t do their job, you can get sent home for eating a fry if you didn’t pay for it.

Pros

Schedule Flexibility, management is usually willing to work around your school schedule. Ability for Advancement, I started as a Team Member and worked my way up to Assistant Manager.

Cons

Irregular Hours, your hours will change from week to week. Unreliable Schedule, you won't know your schedule until the Friday before, which makes it hard to make plans in advance.
