Pros

This is definitely the kind of job for those who are geared toward customer service. Skills can be honed and perfected in such a place.

Cons

Not the kind of environment to work in for those who tend to be self centered. Customers needs are paramount.

Fun Environment, Too demanding with time

Pros

Great work environment! Everyone has a smile and works together. A lot a joking and kidding around to make the work day fly by.

Cons

Compensation package is not competitive with other restaurants. Some leaders are rude and obnoxious with younger employees and other managers above them. Overall the time spent away from and providing for your family isn't worth the hassle.

Pros

Culver's only hires the best, brightest and most importantly, the kindest - so your coworkers are wonderful! You get a discount on food (free if you're management, at least at my store) - which could be a pro or a con depending on how you wanted to look at it. Culver's honestly kills customer service every time. Like rocks it. You'll learn so much about how to be nice to people that make you angry that you're going to look back and thank that little fast food restaurant in a few years when you hate your coworkers but learn how to love them anyways.

Cons

The fast food life can get pretty stressful at times, make sure that you can trust and rely on your team to make it through the lunch and dinner rushes. It's a customer service based job, so you're going to deal with some cranky (mostly because they're hungry) people.
