      People were generally relaxed, making mistakes is understood especially if you're new. Discounts and 35 minute breaks are nice.

      Pros

      Guest satisfaction is the priority, hours are fairly flexible at certain locations, the food is always good and you get it half off. I've always loved the environment that the employees create. I've gained beneficial habits by working there.

      Cons

      Management is functional, but occasionally disorganized. Work is somewhat repetitive, communication between management and employees could always be better.
