      Pros

      The management seems to be very concerned with keeping guests satisfied as well as creating an effective, team-driven, friendly atmosphere to ensure employee satisfaction. At my store the owner is very interactive and hands-on. He comes in a few times a week and always helps out and is easy to talk to about any problems. Scheduling is very flexible, and you are able to get time off.

      Cons

      It is in the food industry, which can result in getting treated poorly by customers who feel they have been wronged. For me, it is a great college job, but not a career.

      Pros

      they serve tasty food, the hours weren't terrible, they let me mop the floors, my fellow cashiers and the kitchen staff was nice.

      Cons

      The manager was mean and yelled all the time, sometimes I would get called in at their busiest time (around 5-8) to work only a 3 hour shift, which ruins your afternoon plans, and only gives you 3 hours of pay.

      Pros

      We get discounted food and time off when needed. I like the people I work with and we all get along great so it's fun to work there.

      Cons

      I get paid $7.75/hr and I work there full-time. I understand I need to work myself up but at the same time I know how to do everything there and it's frustrating when they don't give me a good enough raise.
