Pros

Raises are given out when due. I started a year and a half ago at minimum wage and it has significantly increased with the more work load added. Work is for the most part self explanatory and easy, only gets hard when there are unexpected rushes.

Cons

Customers can be less than polite, especially those who do not understand the concept of Culver's. Also long hours on your feet.
