Wonderful life giving experience working with the patients

Cons

extremely sick executive board. If you can steer clear of them you'll be fine - if not, kiss your morals and values good bye (sex addiction, relationships with direct reports, sexual harassment, under the table deals etc.)

helping others who are experiencing problems with choices

Major disrespect & abuse from management who are fearful & duplicitous due to being promoted above their abilities . Top staff hire only other senior staff people who are no threat to their reign. Overpriced bookstore & supplies is run by family of top staff. Weakness of management is evident in all areas of operation . Any effort by employees to suggest or warn of potential system failures is met with blacklisting & punishment. Discrimination is rampant . Dangerously small & grossly underpaid on the ground clinical staff does the heavy lifting while hugely overstaffed back end staff milks the profits. Nurses / Clinical do the difficult job of dealing with up to 130 patients & are upbraided constantly for the failure of management designed system which fail on a daily basis.

Nice outdoor surrounding lots of nature and a gym you can use. Golf carts but not enough of them

Cons

Management, sexual harassment, favortism, unequal pay, inept supervisors, men make more than women.
