Pros

Clients are wonderful and the food is okay.

Cons

If you are a woman you will be harassed and management will blame you. The coo needs alanon!!! The CEO is a good old boy who lacks empathy or common sense. The human resource manager is out of her mind and seems to like to see people get hurt. This is not only a sick environment, it is dangerous. Any positive comments came from upper management just wanting to not have one star. There is no way any stable person could give this company more than one star. Just because Jay is clean and sober does not mean he is in recovery, he is creating an empire full of hate, anger, and self-seeking.

The management stays out of the way.

Cons

Just about every day I have some form of sexual harassment. I have gone to management, the management above that, and the management above that. Nothing gets done and it continues. I am out of options. Yes, because I am a women I am mistreated and my only option is to look for another place of employment. I am not one to sue or to go to the EEOC, so I am out there looking for another job. SUCKS!
