Pros

I’ve worked in several positions across retail, operations, and shared services, and I’ve consistently found the Curaleaf teams to be some of the most passionate and committed people I’ve worked with. There is a strong focus on delivering quality—both in product and customer experience. The company and industry move quickly, so the pace can be challenging at times, but it also creates constant opportunities to learn and grow.

Cons

While there are occasional inconsistencies in processes and standards between stores and functions, these gaps highlight areas where the company has opportunities to streamline, strengthen alignment, and reduce friction. Communication can sometimes get lost in the noise of a fast‑moving environment, but with continued focus on clearer channels and cross‑functional collaboration, there’s strong potential to further enhance both internal efficiency and the overall customer experience. The good news is that the passion and commitment of the teams provide a solid foundation for making these improvements.

Pros

Promotion opportunities for hard work - got promoted after around 6 months with the company. Patients are great-our focus is all about customer service. Helped me grow my business skills - we focus on KPI's. I get to talk with people about the plant - so amazing. Everyone is driven to do better and improve - it helps me thrive.

Cons

Only listing this because it's not for everyone - we are competitive, but in a good way. We want to do better than we did before so we are always looking to improve. It's fast paced and things change. If you are up for a fun challenge talking about plants, this is the company for you!
