Pros

I started at the bottom and worked my up a little bit after surviving 3 years and rounds of layoffs every quarter.

Cons

Inefficient and emotional corporate members which trickles down into unfocused directives. The common workers constantly suffer for management's mistakes. I worked my way above it and left because I couldn't stand the non-sensible decisions this company makes and the way they take out the poor performance of those directives on it's employees.

I have nothing bad to say about anyone I worked with within the dispensary I was employed at. We worked wonderfully together and we made a truly fantastic team. (Most of that team has left within the last few months..the few that are there still are troopers.)

Cons

Corporate is nothing but problems. Communication is awful. The incentive programs are a slap in the face, pay is awful. There is no room to grow within the company because they choose to hire from Abercrombie rather than from within. They don’t treat dispensary managers with respect. They expect the world but, for a global multi billion dollar company, they do absolutely nothing for their staff. Worst company I’ve ever worked for. I staid for five years because of the team I worked with directly, but I will reiterate, upper management is awful.
