They are so big that they can afford to throw away hundreds of thousands of dollars on a weekly basis.

Cronyism reigns supreme. Nothing is a good idea unless it is their idea. The culture is toxic. 20% of the employees are doing 80% of the work. They learned that as long as they talk about having the right values and doing the right things, it doesn't matter that that don't actually do them. Numerous OSHA violations. They irradiate the flower with gamma rays to make it pass testing. Weak, ineffective management. The employees mean very little to the company and are easily replaced in their eyes.
