Cons
The upper management is relentless and cares very little about the wellbeing of the employees. There is almost no room for upward momentum and if you ever reject an opportunity for any reason, you will never get an opportunity again. Mandatory overtime is wielded like a weapon, the facility is never closed due to inclement weather even in a state of emergency (despite the dispensary being closed or having a delayed opening), and concerns over mental or physical health are totally dismissed unless someone is actively injured on site. There seems to be no consequences for upper management, even when they act in a way that is completely inappropriate. Regular shift workers will be fired for the slightest infractions though.
