Not trying to be that person because I really did love the job I had. But that doesn’t mean anything to them. At 22 I built and cleaned up the entire inventory role of cultivation. Did they pay me for it? No. I stepped into the role in July of 2021 and didn’t begin getting paid for the job or even get the title until January 2022. This is not just a problem for me it is company wide. Whistle not getting laid to do the job I was doing I was asked to train my new coworker and we began getting paid at the same time the same amount. Welcome to corporations. Sexual harassment. While working at curaleaf not only I but others were sexually harassed by the same person yet this person was only separated by departments from us. There was no other action taken.

They will hold family and responsibilities over your head so if you have a family Goodluck on moving up . The pay is a joke and curaleaf will take full credit for the tips you will receive. Curaleaf only cares About profits not the employees. The leads will take tips from the Budtender but Curaleaf calls this sharing which the leads have zero customers service besides talk to an upset customer. Joke.
