After spending a great deal of time as an extremely strong team player at a Curaleaf location in Utah, I've been dealt a gut-wrenching blow. Despite promises of advancement dangling in front of me for ages, they snatched it away without a second thought, leaving me feeling utterly crushed. When I dared to question their decision, I was met with a barrage of nonsensical excuses. This place has shown me zero appreciation. For anyone considering joining the cannabis industry, steer clear of this heartless company. They'll dash your hopes and leave you in the dust. I am leaving the city unspecified in Utah. Take your pick of all three locations. They are all horrible with management that will not look out for you.

Too many to list all. The testers that we all used to get, (so we could accurately give suggestions to patients), suddenly became a carrot that only those who make top sales can access. Those who aren't on a register have the same requirements to get the testers, but they don't have the same opportunity to make sales. HR ignored MANY complaints about a specific manager. Due to significant harassment and emotional abuse, people quit left and right, yet HR did nothing. Out of my 15 coworkers, only ONE stayed. That manager was eventually fired when their affair with a direct employee came out. Sell any stock you have too because I finally sold mine at a loss, after 2 years!
