i worked here for literally a day after spending 10 days getting certified and badged. instead of training me at all, they were short staffed and threw me into an extremely inappropriate situation dealing with very sensitive, private, and personal patient information without any prior training or knowledge of how their systems worked. they berated me loudly in front of customers when i made a mistake. the customers felt very uncomfortable about it, enough so that several of them spoke up. the managers didn't even introduce themselves. 10 hour shifts, with only 1 half hour break. not even enough time to eat. totally illegal. 1 bathroom in the entire facility shared by staff and customers, constantly occupied. i had to hold it in for hours. stay away!
