Supervisors and above are all toxic, constantly gossiping about employees, never fought for the employees, didn’t want employees to do anything to improve themselves but just work, always pushing employees to do more and work harder without any raises, bonuses, or benefits. Only way to rise in the ranks is to be a “pick me” and act as a spy on the employees and report back to management. HR fights employees at every turn instead of helping them. They will hire a team of lawyers to fight your work comp claim if you have to have on and will force employees to quit instead of helping them get treatment. Curaleaf cares only about money. Also no phones allowed on site unless you’re a supervisor or higher. No music in the greenhouses and don’t even make the mistake of making a joke.

Most of upper management landed roles by selling themselves as something they are not. They all have big heads and don't like it when their subordinates know more than them. Blatently publishing misinformation about their products and not caring about the quality of products or how harmful they could be to consumers. It's all about making money at Curaleaf. The sales goals are constantly being pushed to the limit and if not met, you're axed. This has resulted in staff finding work-arounds to fudge sales numbers in fear of losing their job.
