Decent benefits. Cool industry. Most patients are amazing

Cons

No support . I was hired under a new manager and had leads train me. One of which was absolutely nasty because she didn’t get the position. I had to learn the POS delivery system on my own with no help. When my mother got sick and voiced my concerns to upper management, nothing happened. Eventually I was fired for an incident a month after it happened. This location has been through 6 to 7 mangers in the past 3 to 4 years. Maybe it’s deeper than the person they choose.

You get a discount on product which is nice if you're a patient.

Cons

-They force female employees to tolerate sexual harassment from patients and leads/general manager -Zero work life balance -consistently forces you to work on your days off, due to staffing issues -Will allow locations to be short staffed for months and even years at a time -Managers and leads will sit on their phones all day and do nothing and force the sales associates to do all the work -force us to upsell patients even when they've expressed zero interest -managers/leads would steal great sales from associates to help their quotas and hurt the sales associates quota -managers/leads will force sales associates to take bad sales to hurt their quotas

the people I met are pretty cool and I have made a couple life-long friends.

Cons

Upper management never communicates effectively with lower management. HR is a friggin' JOKE. The systems are a complete mess. Management had us working while fecal matter and sewer water were actively flooding our lobby, many got sick or ight headed ad management basically said suck it up. They care about money, money money. If you want to be respected or comfortable, stay away from this company.
