There are some great people, and freebies.

Cons

Operating as a start up, even though it’s a publicly traded corporation. Has high expectations of results and loyalty. Continually tells their employees they’re valued, but is slow to give monetary value but brag about record breaking sales. High rate of burnout. Don’t believe black lives matter, and politicized it.

Curaleaf is a great place to work at for anyone interested in building a career in the cannabis space. There is tremendous opportunity for career advancement and a fair amount of employee recognition and appreciation. I have worked under two separate managers and have consistently felt valued and appreciated for my work. Curaleaf offers excellent benefits including competitive PTO . Also Curaleaf recently created a DEI task force, further solidifying the companies commitment to fostering an authentically welcoming and inclusive work space.
