-This company killed all interest I had in the cannabis industry. I don’t even use cannabis anymore because I am disgusted at what I saw there.
-They do not care about their patients at all. A strong “patients are druggie zombies looking for a fix” attitude.
-Blatant sexism and racism at all levels of the company.
-FAKE INSURANCE. Not one employee I worked with (myself included) received any means of actually USING our health insurance. We definitely paid for it though.
-Favoritism and cliquey behavior created a toxic, high-school esque work environment.
-Sell or die.
-It seems like every facet of this corporation exists only to line Lusardi’s pockets.
-Terrible med quality. I never pushed the in-house products to patients, even if it got me in trouble. That’s how much I didn’t trust the Curaleaf name.
-Management is never on the same page about anything, and is seemingly proud of it. Egos run the show here.
-Your first year of employment is essentially indentured servitude, as you are required to pay for a 500 dollar DA card with 50 deducted from your paycheck each week.
