The work and coworkers are the only pros of this company.

Cons

You will be overlooked for promotions no matter how hard you work. Management, leadership and corporate executives are incompetent, unprofessional, and narcissistic. The culture is absolutely horrible as management will go out of their way to be petty, retaliate, and gaslight every employee. This company is known for their illegal practices like union busting and disregarding each regulation of the CDC.

There is a lot of chance to move up in Curaleaf retail if you want. The company is chill for the most part. You get around a 75 cent to $1 raise every year. The managers move around a LOT

Cons

With managers moving so often, there is little consistency through the year. The clientele is older so a bit grouchy compared to other crowds at other dispensaries. Its retail at the end of the day.
