Hard workers with real passion for service and dedication to the plant left in the dust. Suggestions ignored or taken by upper management as their own ideas. Store manager at my location frequently made both customers and employees uncomfortable discussing their relationships and while having relationships with customers (which would crash and burn and they’d then stop being a customer) and employees from other sites. Management actively ignores employees , plays favorites and makes decisions for the team based on their own personal needs and schedule. I was punished punitively for making them late for events multiple times because of administrative mistakes. Afraid to speak up because I was always being written up. Never felt so alienated in a work position and I spent 10 years in a cubicle! No oversight where it truly matters and the products are just awful unless they are third party. Riddled with mold and very dry old flower used for everything. Just no!!!!!

Extremely poor work life balance. Low pay for what you do, they get away with lower salaries bc if you won’t take it, someone else will bc they get to be “in Cannabis” Cut throat, and sneaky dealings, and constant lay offs. A Swinging door at corperate and in stores. As a GM you’re the face of layoffs but had no say in it. Hr is a joke. Anyone can make a false claim about you, and you’re investigated and treated as guilty no matter what email paper trail you have. They string people along thinking they will be promoted, but it rarely happens.
