      The people make it worth it.

      Cons

      Layoffs for very vague, and unknown reasons. Curaleaf is not a place to go and work for 5 or more years.

      Cons

      The culture was horrible. Cut throat. A bunch of pot heads working there. I figured it would be a new industry with great people but no, it was just pot heads. If someone did not like what you had to say they would call a hot line and you would be investigated. I asked someone who reported to me why a job wasn't done that they was responsible for. I was investigated :/
