Pros

Curaleaf has grown so much over the last 2 years that I have been at the company, with patient and employee count. I have gotten to learn a tremendous amount and continue to learn everyday with all of the systems and processes we are putting in place. The employees here are some of the most passionate people and are fun to work with. I really appreciate the opportunity to work here with such great people.

Cons

With every job you have your cons, with Curaleaf it sometimes is that we are so fast paced. Though it is exciting to be apart of.

Pros

$15/hr at 40hrs per week Received health insurance, dental and vision care and HSA deposits from company. Company outings to parks and holiday parties. And birthday cards signed by everyone. Industry is still growing.

Cons

Prefers new people to have a degree (even for piece work) and will cap your pay if you don't have one. Doesn't further educate employees on newer production methods. Most employees look for it on their own. Drama in almost every department. Most people are out for themselves and will step on you to go higher in the company. Was only paid $15/hr even though I had a B.S. and raises were mainly given if Management liked you or if you went to a higher position. Most wages were also not living wages for our area. Company treats HR like a joke. My location didn't even have a separate HR department until a few months ago. To top it all off, we have to share them with corporate headquarters and they are only in state once a week.

Such a new industry with SO MUCH to learn. Opportunities to share the story of the power of cannabis. Premium products Multi State Operator Industry Leader

Cons

Missing some systems and processes, but that seems like that is just a result of the fast growth. Many new systems are starting to be put in place.
