Pros

-opportunities for small pay increases yearly at review time -opportunities for growth in the stores (and in the company if you put in ridiculous amounts of work) -co workers and customers are the best part of the job -free items when new products come out -freebies (like shirts, hats, etc)

Cons

-(good people at heart but) bad management in the stores and overhead management -bad communication between every single position in the hierarchy -very unorganized -doesn’t take pride in their product (poor quality) -encourages us to force sell with no benefit -inconsistent hours (some weeks will have 32-27, some weeks 17-13). unable to live like that.

In comparison to other cannabis companies, Curaleaf does offer better benefits than most. (But just barely) Local leadership is attentive and caring

Cons

- No room for growth. - Corporate leadership is neglectful and callous. - HR is in disorder (high turnover, often makes errors and takes weeks to respond) - Everything is for show. There is no real substance to policies, therefore everything from quality to company culture seems incredibly fictitious.
