Majority of coworkers you meet are about 9/10 times really cool, helpful, and laidback. They have never once been impatient with me and are always happy to answer any of my questions. Unfortunately great leadership skills like that are easy to go unnoticed. Lastly we finally got a great new manager that everyone was happy about.

Cons

They took away our manager. There is no hr on site. They should hire a full time administrator. I definitely know I could be much more fiscally beneficial to the company. I do not believe my resume was read. It's easy to feel left out.

The job itself is super simple to understand and clientele is typically enjoyable or and least very interesting.

Cons

Upper management lives in cycles- I’ve had 4 general managers in two years and another is on their way out. Management style is completely hands off until corporate/HR is watching. They tyranny and retaliation ensue to scramble and try to meet regulations and expectations while anyone on the way of that I removed/replaced/or bullied out of their position. With one day of training you better be ready to be perfect! Your managers are nowhere to be found and all your team is fired.
