Coworkers can make your job fun.

Cons

Your production coordinators don’t even smoke weed and actually frown upon it. It’s not the peace, love and hippy industry you thought it was. This is corporate weed industry at its finest. You actually will get in trouble for moving too fast. And prepare to keep your starting wage for years.

Cons

Undereducated management staff in terms of employee rights and their right to resources. Zero communication between management, leadership and staff. No hard conversations, you'll be ignored. No response from management if you have an immediate issue. If you have an issue HR will pacify you and give you no real resolution. Moving into a part-time model company so forget about benefits, medical leave, paid-time-off or sick time. If you have a good work ethic you will not compensated for your hard work. The stores are run by it's employees, not leadership. Having Cannabis on your resume will black list you from future opportunities.
