Pros

Working with marijuana. Great way to get your foot in the door.

Cons

No tips. Even when customers insist. Can't use loyalty points even though most of the time we are using the discounts that the guests use. We are spending the money and barely using our 30 percent discount, why can't we use our points?! They pick terrible times to cut hours. The turnover rate speaks for how terrible corporate treats their store level employees.

lots to do, very busy, completely cloud-based, cutting edge technology., Compensation was great - since they are a federally illegal business, benefits were horrible.

Cons

horrible management was brought in as company grew. New leaders assumed that employees who had built the company had no clue what they were doing. New leaders had zero experience in the cutting-edge technology that was running the company.
