Honestly, I am unable to give one reason that someone would work at this company unless they were just paroled and really needed money to survive.

Cons

Hostile work environment, management speaks to its employees in a demeaning manner. Pay is mediocre and benefits are horrible.

-little to no advancement -work isn't recognized -poor HR -short lunch breaks for long shifts -unsanitary bathrooms and locker room areas -disconnect between management and low level employees -surprisingly unhappy environment
