This is truly the best environment among any top cannabis company. The team is professional, organized, thorough and they really care about building something great. We've got very strong leadership and a lot of dedicated people. We've also grown like crazy with new acquisitions and solid brands coming on board. It's a very exciting time and we're only getting better from here.

Cons

- Very white male leadership. Needs to improve ASAP - 401k + Retirement benefits are lacking - Work from home culture needs to improve to prevent burn out

a terrible corporate culture of fear, zero ethics, higher ups that want you to lie about how cbd and thc interact, they forced all the employees with green cards to quit so the company can save a couple pennies, no proper scheduling system, didn't know if you were gonna work the next day until the day before, no incentives or support or praise for the best employees, a failed marketing department, terribly lacking training resulting in hazardous employees giving medical advice to patients, gives high tier positions to family and friends with poor qualifications, lowered pay for all positions a year later.
