There are some great people, and freebies.

Cons

Operating as a start up, even though it’s a publicly traded corporation. Has high expectations of results and loyalty. Continually tells their employees they’re valued, but is slow to give monetary value but brag about record breaking sales. High rate of burnout. Don’t believe black lives matter, and politicized it.

Regional manager has little respect for anyone below him. Very little room for growth. Consistently inconsistent with inventory yet upper management expects stores to have high sales without proper par levels.
