Pros

The people in lower level jobs are great to work with. Company events that bring employees together.

Cons

Upper management is terrible. Management is more concerned with buying private jets than valuing employees. High turnover and no appreciation.

Pros

With Covid-19, Curi has been understanding about working from home. There was a group created for working parents and HR has been making sure that there is good connection between employees. Management is transparent. The company allows for a great learning curve. Good culture.

Cons

Vacation and sick time are divided separately rather than being granted an overall PTO. However the do allot a personal day and additional days off for community service.

Pros

Curi is a great place to work. The entire company works as a team from the CEO to the administrative staff. At Curi we work together for the best outcome for our members in medicine, business and life. The company cares about its employees, and appreciates hard working staff; it's a great place to work.

All my comments are positive at this time.
