I enjoy working with my team. My supervisor is responsive and always offers suggestions or encourages collaboration. My teammates are equally supportive and very knowledgeable. In my role I interact with all departments frequently and most are a joy to work with. Pay is fair, benefits get better after 1 year.
Cons
I enjoy working for Curi - no Cons that I can think of.
Good solid company. Never saw fraud or deception. Decent benefits and salary. Ever once and a while they supply lunch at company meetings
Cons
Absolutely no education available to staff beyond what another employee can provide (affectionately referred to as “cross training”).
Poor adherence to existing policy and procedure, which makes everybody in the departments job more difficult.
Retention of employees is a significant issue. Nobody I started with is still working with a year ago is still with the company for various reasons.
No documentation from previous employees is available. The perfect storm of IT failure.
