I can truly say for the first time in a long time I love my job. The trainer process was thorough and is on going which I enjoy and there is certainly plenty to learn. I find the atmosphere to be really wonderful as well. Managers are very involved, open and receptive which is nice to feel and know you matter. Despite departments being somewhat "separate" just by nature and flow you do start knowing people in passing and most as very eager to be friendly. I think they have a good work environment, great goals, and a promising future here. As an employee there seems to be a lot of room for learning new areas of the business should someone feel they want to step into another department. Really an all around great experience so far.

Cons

Nothing to complain about thus far of the company.
