      Pros

      Very stable Company. A leader in the Industry. This Company has many opportunities. They encourage you to grow. Training is always offered to help you achieve success. There is a wealth of knowledge. Many employees have been here for more than 30 to 40+ years and are always happy to help. I appreciate the fact that this company was truthful about what the job would be like right from the interview process and delivered on providing solid training and advancement.

      The company offers great hours and benefits! As a driver, I am able to be home every night at a reasonable hour! They offer high quality training so that I am able to grow with the company and take advantage of promotional opportunities when they come available!

      Pros

      Well establish and respected employer in the markets we serve. Financially sound with growth opportunities for those who put in the effort and get the results. Investment in training and career development at a level not typically found in a company of our size.

      Cons

      As a retailer we require extended weekday hours & weekend flexibility. Patience, along with hard work, is critical when planning your upward movement through the company. We have many talented employees that are longstanding and it may take years for that desired opportunity to present itself.
