      It is a great family environment, and for the most part many enjoy coming to work.

      Growth isnt always as quick as i would like it to be in moving up in the company.

      Pros

      Effective leadership. Results are planned out and take all employees into consideration.

      Cons

      Communication. Not utilizing what is available to us as employees. We have a very good program for delivery but still need to call every delivery in, it wastes a lot of time, especially when you already have a program to schedule the deliveries in the system.
