Pros
I'm not sure the text box will be big enough. I cannot say enough good things about how my career has advanced in just the short time I have been here. I've worked in the design industry since 2007 and everything about this company floors me on a regular basis. From the time and resources they invest in training their new employees, to generous salary and amazing time off right from 90 days, I've never been treated so well by a company in my life. I'm given all of the tools I need to do my job as efficiently as possible, and if I need something, they are sure to get it for me. I'm allowed to work with complete autonomy which is such a relief after years of being micro managed. Every person I have encountered at this company has been beyond helpful and always reaching out to make sure I'm doing ok. In short, if you get an offer from this company, do yourself a favor and accept it.
