      If need experience it's fine

      Pros

      Helps build experience, usually on a team so you can learn from one another.

      Cons

      Don't pay well, if you're in the field you have two separate bosses you have to please (the client you deal with more on a day to day and your Custom boss who you don't see that often), if you're not assigned to a building there's a ton of traveling and can change day to day or they can keep you in one place for a few weeks before moving you, you can go from Suffolk, to Nassau, to City to Massachusetts.

      Pros

      Nice office. Parking lot. A few people there are nice.

      Cons

      Management does not care about you at all. They won't take time to train you, help you, explain things, or be nice. They don't even know what they're doing - they just judge others and think they're the best and nobody else is worth their time. Typical men in charge who shouldn't have authority or even jobs for that matter, since they're inconsiderate low-lifes.

      Pros

      Great group of people to work with, family atmosphere, fun events (summer picnic, holiday brunch, employee recognition program), small gym on site, lots of opportunities to win free stuff (contests, giveaways, employee referral program), and management that provides you with opportunities to learn and grow both personally and professionally.

      Cons

      Only 15 PTO days per year to start - increases with tenure with the company.
