      Pros

      This is a great opportunity to work with cutting edge Cisco/networking technology, especially in the NY office.

      Cons

      The Rhode Island division is the red headed step child of the entire company. Very little investment in infrastructure and people. Many employees have taken on extra responsibilities with no increase in pay.

      Pros

      Owner of the company cares about his employees. Many employees willing to work hard and make sacrifices for the Company

      Cons

      Too often those sacrifices go unrewarded. Some Depts extremely understaffed and overworked. Poor communication from Directors to Middle Management. Company loses focus and changes strategy too frequently. Managers are rarely informed when direction changes and what it entails, which leaves them and their subordinates wondering what they're working for instead of just a paycheck. Lots of turnover.

      Pros

      They offer PTO and flex hours. Lots of contests and recognition awards.

      Cons

      They get you excited about joining and then you become just another number. Their training resources are terrible. Terrible Cisco partner - They know the basics that's it. Very disorganized. Very little contact with manager when in the field. Most employees in the field are not happy with their salary and benefits. Difficult place to start a career. Company is big enough for a possibility of promotion, but small enough where everyone knows everyone.
