      Pay Raises are few and far Merit is a complete joke to constant high performers Bonus structure realigned to pay out less Major Lay offs

      1. Competetive salary 2. Great team and management 3. Nice office in a good location (with a cool office manager) 4. Monthly bonuses based on performance

      Good company with good values

      Fair pay, good benefits, full time work is strongly encouraged, great coworkers, and managers try their best to be helpful and there for you

      Cons

      Big changes are happening within the company and job security is questionable at the moment. I wish they would be a little bit more candid sometimes.
