Micro management is a huge down fall, managers spend more time worrying about tiny irrelevant things then they do helping. Monotonous work dealing with upset people. Over analyzed review of recorded customer interactions. Company has terrible growing pains.

This job should be, and can be/used to be, really awesome. The problem is middle managament. They are TERRIBLE! We have a massive turnover rate and can't seem to retain employees long term (imo) due to their inability to lead. They do not listen or at least don't respond to staff concerns or suggestions. They seem to see *most* employees as replaceable/expendable. Managers seem very clicky and seem to protect one another from accountability. Never have i seen leadership like this in production (or even retail for that matter). Base pay is better now (recently adjusted), but is still low, and bonuses have been replaced with much more difficult to achieve standards. They (upper mgmt) seem like good people but need to get this place back to what it used to be and turn morale around.
