      Pros

      Fair pay, good benefits, full time work is strongly encouraged, great coworkers, and managers try their best to be helpful and there for you

      Cons

      Big changes are happening within the company and job security is questionable at the moment. I wish they would be a little bit more candid sometimes.

      Huge layoffs in favor of outsourcing

      Pros

      Full time WFH, provided mac tech with adobe programs, great coworkers, and most managers are nice and supportive. Forced cheer and community "family" happiness only to layoff everyone suddenly. Discouraged from speaking up. Surveys are not anonymous and they will follow up on negative comments. CEO has his feelings hurt all the time when workers are unhappy and takes it personally. Severance is reasonable, wages are mostly performance-based and the bar rises every year. Expect to have a repetitive motion injury after a few years.

      Cons

      - Pay caps around 75k - Company is firing 70% of the design workforce in favor of overseas outsourced artists - Company is also finding any way they can to reduce or take away severance - Very heavy micromanagement in order to make artists quit early and lose their severance - Pulled the rug under most of the company in terms of financial health and job security. Company makes millions but wants to make a billion at what cost? - There is a marketing team and there are false positive reviews.

      A Relatively Good Place to Work

      A friendly corporate culture that is driven by a desire to do right by their customers and grow their business in typically healthy and sustainable ways.

      Cons

      A leadership team that's losing focus, chasing red herrings, and undermining home-grown top contributors in the name of achieving personal KPIs.
