      Pros

      I loved the team environment. Everyone was fun and nice to work with. There was alot of training and help if needed.

      Cons

      The company started to favor profit over people. They started laying off hundreds of workers due to automation and outsourcing jobs.

The closures of the Reno and Charlottesville production facilities in January were difficult decisions, prompted by increasing production costs and tight labor markets caused by the pandemic, but we tried to support impacted Inkers with generous severance packages and an extended benefits period.
