* leadership only looks at the story told by the metrics and often forget the human aspect * Health Benefits used to be a major plus but in 2020 the company shifted to a RBP (reference based payment) plan. This is where the company does away with any insurance provider and instead pays the claims directly themselves, though only up to 150% of what Medicare would cover. If your provider accepts this, then everything is fine. If they don't however, you're on the hook for the remaining amount. It has definitely caused a lot of anxiety. * Pay is not the best
