This job should be, and can be/used to be, really awesome. The problem is middle managament. They are TERRIBLE! We have a massive turnover rate and can't seem to retain employees long term (imo) due to their inability to lead. They do not listen or at least don't respond to staff concerns or suggestions. They seem to see *most* employees as replaceable/expendable. Managers seem very clicky and seem to protect one another from accountability. Never have i seen leadership like this in production (or even retail for that matter). Base pay is better now (recently adjusted), but is still low, and bonuses have been replaced with much more difficult to achieve standards. They (upper mgmt) seem like good people but need to get this place back to what it used to be and turn morale around.

Literally everything else. When you make complaints about sexism in your department, it goes nowhere. Salaries are way below industry standard, and when you present your case, it does nothing. No raises, BARELY cost of living increase. Yeah they make some top places to work lists, but they keep getting lower and lower on the list. If you don't drink the Kool-Aid then you'll never fit in. Management never has your back. Constant talking in circles and never getting anything done.
