Where do I even begin? The sweatshop begins in the morning where you try to unwind and start your day peacefully. However you will quickly come to realize that you are tracked by 15 minute timeframes and must log EVERYTHING. Anything unaccounted for will be called out during your weekly meetings. Moreover the trainings are not helpful and you are left on an island to figure out the ins and outs of the company on a time constraint. This is more than a company, its a pressure cooker where the higher ups enjoy exploiting others for their own benefit. I highly recommend you steer clear of this company, as there is a 18 month new hire clause in the contract where you must pay upwards of $5,000 if you leave before then.

This is a cult where everyone is only concerned with themselves and their job. Super toxic culture where they work you to death and make you feel like you should be honored to have a job at this company. VPs and up are incredible rude and talk down to employees. Only are seen as a number and not valued as the employee.
