The work-life balance is great, and the people are great too. Strong stability too - no threat of layoffs.

Cons

Pay is way below market value, and merit increases are dismal ever since the Blackstone acquisition. Getting promoted is harder than it needs to be, and if you get a mid-year promotion you won't get your compensation updated until the beginning of the following year.
